Abstract

Background: One of the common problems among adolescents is premarital sex. This is because they are in a transition period and want to know or try everything. Based on the data from WHO (World Health Organization) in 2014, it shows that the average global birth rate in the age of 15 – 19 is 49 per 1000 women with the highest in Sub Saharan area. The data from Kema Public Health Center in January 2017 shows that there were 9 young women who were pregnant. This shows that the adolescents in Kema are at risk for premarital sex.
