Abstract

The purpose of this study is the author wants to know how the influence of the Work Environment, Conflict and Discipline Work on the Performance of employees in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.
In this study, the authors used quantitative research methods. The data collection technique for this study was to distribute questionnaires to employees with a total sample of 162 respondents in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in North Sulawesi Province. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis method and then this data will be processed using the SPSS (Statistics Packet for the Social Sciences) 24 application.
The results of this research show that in the partial test the work environment and conflict variables have an effect but not significantly on the performance of employees in the public works department and the spatial planning in North Sulawesi Province. While the work discipline variables influence and significantly affect the performance of employees in the Department of Public Works and Regional Spatial Planning of North Sulawesi Province.
