Abstract
A good relationship between the owner or company leader is seen from the leadership style of the leadership of each company. Compensation also affects employee loyalty because if there are employees who have a high level of productivity towards the company, the employee will get compensation in the form of compansation. Motivation is the process of giving motives (move) to work to employees so that they want to work for the achievement of company goals effectively and efficiently. With the fuilfillment of all needs or desires and expectations, employees will gain satisfaction, and employees with high levels of satisfaction will automatically increase employee loyalty levels. Matters that cause employee loyalty are measured by the implementation of leadership style, compensation and motivation.
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of partially and simultaneous from leadership style, compensation and motivation on employee loyalty at the BPJS Kesehatan Manado.
This type of research is quantitative research. Sources of data in this study are primary data with data collection techniques using or distributing questionnaires to the BPJS Kesehatan Manado. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the BPJS Kesehatan Manado, totaling 52 respondents.
The results of this study show that partially (1) leadership style has a significant effect on employee loyalty. (2) Compensation has not a significant effect on employee loyalty. (3) motivation has no a significant effect on leadership style and simultaneously leadership style, compensation and motivation have a significant effect on employee loyalty.
