Abstract
Organizational Culture, Employee Relationship, and Career Development are very important factors in efforts to improve employee performance in a company. Organizational culture reflects cultural diversity and values that are applied by employees. In a company it is important to reflect good employee relationship between one another to build good work communication and build relationships both fellow colleagues and superiors. Career Development reflects Employees who have achievements or achievements that are in accordance with company standards so that the company provides a career path that is in line with employee achievement.
The purpose of this research is to know if there’s have the influence of organizational culture, employee relationship, and career development toward performance of employee at PT . Manado Media Grafika – Tribun Manado.
Population in this research are 40 respondents from all employees at PT. Manado Media Grafika - Tribun Manado. Analysis of the data in this research using validity test and reliability test, F-test and T-test and R square.
Based on the results of hypothesis testing, independent variable (organizational culture, employee relationship and career development) together (simultaneously) has signicant influence on the dependent variable (performance of employee). Based on the result, the value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.868, the coefficient of determination (R2) the value of Adjusted R Square 0.732 (73,2%). F-count 36.593 > F table 2.87, then the decision is Ha accepted and H0 rejected, means that organizational culture, employee relationship and career development have influence simultaneously toward performance of employee. Then the results of the T-test variable organizational culture is 1.444 < 2.042, which T-count < T-table which means that organizational culture has no significant influence toward performance of employee, T-test variable employee relationship is 2.187 > 2.042, which T-count > T-table which means that employee relationship have a significant influence toward performance of employee, and the variable of with the value 7.215 > 2.042 which T- count > T-table which means that these variables have a significant influence toward performance of employees at PT. Manado Media Grafika – Tribun Manado.
