Abstract
This study aims to prove the effect of product quality, price, packaging, and quality of service to tourists buying souvenirs decision in Bali. This study uses a quantitative approach by
distributing questionnaires to the respondents through slovin techniques. Using multiple regression analysis, the results of this study prove that the product quality, price, packaging, and quality of service simultaneously influence buying decisions tourists. Product quality and packaging positive and significant impact on the decision of tourists to buy souvenirs in Bali, while the price and quality of services but not significant positive effect.
